Cash Outs - If you made a deposit to your account via a credit card, we will attempt to credit funds back to your credit card to the extent allowed by our credit card processing companies. Any amount in excess of the amount credited back to your credit card will be refunded to you using your preferred secondary method of payment; i.e. bank draft or wire transfer. The reason why we sometimes cannot refund your entire winning amount back to your credit card is due to the credit card company's restrictions, and is unfortunately beyond our control.

To cash out, click on the 'Cashier' button in the lobby and then on the 'Cash Out' button. You will be prompted for a cashout amount; please enter the amount and click 'Submit'. Next, choose the method by which you wish to receive your winnings. Your three options will be NETeller (except in United States), MoneyBookers, or a check in US$. Select your preferred withdrawal method, and click 'Submit'. Please allow up to 15 business days for your check delivery.

NETeller credits that are greater than the amount purchased will be applied within 72 hours. Please allow 48 hours from your last deposit before requesting to cash out. In special cases, additional information may be required before a cashout to be processed.
